We have entered in the 21st century with great zeal and enthusiasm in the field of Textile and Garments world with the latest and computerized equipment. Our motto and intention is to maintain the standards and quality of latest global fashions in fabrics and garments. We are in the textile field since 1991 and have always tried to keep up with the quality and high standard of our products. Now we have an opportunity to introduce ourself as a very highly standardized textile processing and textile made-up factory for export with the name and style of AL-SHIRKAT INDUSTRIES (PVT) LTD. The company's activities include rotary printing & stitching under one roof under the supervision of highly experienced and well organized staff to meet the specific requirements of the customer.

DYEING:
We have Certified (Oeko tex) dyeing partners.
DESIGNING:
The company’s CAD/CAM computerized designing system and manual designing for faster and accurate accomplishments.
PRINTING:
We have in-house facility for Pigment and disperse printing on Rotary Screen Printing.
FINISHING:
Improved Dimensional Stability Course Alignment Residual Shrinkage Appropriate Weight Smooth and Pilling Free Surface

QUALITY SYSTEM:
We believe in quality. Our qualified staff monitors the quality at every stage of production. We have laboratory with latest and modern equipment for true colour matching testing, crocking fastness and all needful preparation for the bulk production.
We maintain a formal documented ‘Quality Management System’, designed to consistently provide a product that conforms, as a minimum, to the specified requirements. The system arranged in a three level format, is being implemented in the company.

The QM is an open, controlled document, when stamped as such, briefly addressing all applicable requirements of ISO-9001

Quality System Procedures/Work Instructions/Inspection and Testing Instructions
Company management’s exp lanation on who is doing what, where, when and why, are compiled in QSP for departments. Work Instructions and inspection and test instructions are also included in QSP. Quality planning in described in Q-001.
